The Conquer Cancer Foundation: Louder Than Cancer | Amazon Music
Harvard Medical School scientists captured the vibrations of cancer cells as they were destroyed, and transformed them into an audio frequency called The Most Beautiful Sound. While rooted in groundbreaking science and deep emotional resonance, The Most Beautiful Sound risked going unheard. Our challenge was to scale its impact, embedding it into popular culture and making more cancer patients and their caretakers aware of it.
To turn The Most Beautiful Sound from a whisper to a roar, we brought together Grammy-winning artists from around the world to share deeply personal stories of their battles with cancer, alongside songs they selected that represent hope to them.

From Imagine Dragons and H.E.R. to Melissa Etheridge and Lainey Wilson, each artist opened up about their journey of resilience, hope, and how the power of music helped them cope. These stories and songs of resilience were curated into a one-of-a-kind Amazon Music playlist designed to inspire and support patients worldwide.
For every stream of the playlist, Amazon Music donated $1 to The Conquer Cancer Foundation, transforming listeners into contributors and proving that together we’re louder than cancer.
We also created a first-of-its-kind gen AI merch experience, similar to musicians' tour merchandise. People could speak the name of a loved one battling or lost to cancer, and the AI personalized a design based on their unique voice pattern—creating a one-of-a-kind visual tribute that they could purchase on a t-shirt or sweatshirt through Amazon.
